HLM series vertical grinding mill is a large-scale advanced high-efficiency energy-saving grinding product, which integrates grinding, grading, drying and conveying. It is widely used in cement, building materials, coal energy, steel metallurgy, non-metallic minerals, power and other industries, and is suitable for grinding and processing cement raw materials, clinker, desulfurized quicklime powder, slag, steel slag manganese ore, coal mine and other materials.

  • High powder selection efficiency and high product quality

    The powder selection machine with a dynamic and static combined structure has higher powder selection efficiency. Frequency conversion speed regulation makes it easy to adjust the product fineness, so that the finished product particle size can be adjusted between 50-800 meshes, and the particle size distribution is narrow; the finished product is selected in time while grinding, and the finished product has low pollution and high quality.

  • Simple operation and maintenance

    The hydraulic maintenance device can easily turn the grinding roller out of the machine, and the replacement and maintenance of the grinding roller sleeve are convenient and fast.

  • High efficiency and energy saving

    The grinding roller and grinding disc are made of special materials, and the grinding roller sleeve can be turned over for use, with a long service life. Based on many years of production experience, the roller structure is continuously optimized to improve the output and production efficiency. Equipped with a hydraulic loading system, the grinding pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to the change of grindability, which is efficient and energy-saving.

  • High product purity

    The limit device ensures that the grinding disc and the grinding roller are not in direct contact during the working process, the iron content in the product is very small, the unit product wear is generally not higher than 10g/t, and the mechanical wear iron contained is easy to remove, effectively ensuring the product whiteness and purity of the material.

  • Wide range of humidity of grindable raw materials

    The vertical mill mill system does not need to be equipped with a dryer. It can directly pass hot air and fully contact and dry the powdered materials in the mill for multiple times. By adjusting the hot air temperature, it can meet the drying requirements of materials with different humidity, and can meet the drying requirements of materials with humidity up to 15%.

  • Clean and environmentally friendly

    Small vibration, low noise, the noise is not higher than 80dB, and it adopts complete negative pressure operation, no dust overflow, reliable sealing, and special pulse dust collectors are selected according to different materials. The dust removal efficiency is as high as 99.9%, which is higher than the latest national environmental protection standards.
