The MTF series tire-type mobile production line fully covers the application fields of hard rock, soft rock and construction waste treatment with processing requirements of 50-300 tons per hour.

  • Modular design

  • Vehicle-mounted belt conveyor

    Each equipment in the mobile production line is equipped with a truck-mounted belt conveyor, which does not need to be disassembled for transportation, and can be quickly, neatly and orderly carried out when arriving at the site.

  • In-vehicle electronic control system

    The maintenance platform is equipped with independent electronic control systems at the front and rear, which is easy to operate. The cables of each equipment have been connected before leaving the factory, and there is no need to disassemble it for transportation. The whole machine can be quickly debugged when arriving at the site.

  • Humanized maintenance platform

    The maintenance platform is connected at the front and rear, with inclined up and down escalators and widened pedals, which is safer and more convenient. Some models add a small ladder at the tail to facilitate personnel inspection and maintenance.

  • Eliminates basic installation

    Each equipment is equipped with a leg and shoe device, which reduces the foundation investment. It can be folded up during transportation and transfer, and can be quickly erected when arriving at the site.
